How to import articles into your Help Center
Follow these steps to import your existing Help Center articles from other providers into Pipeback.

To import articles into your Help Center, you must:

Go to Help Center in the side menu.

Click Import in the Help Center menu.

Click New Import.

Select your provider — Crisp or Intercom.

Enter the URL of your existing Help Center.

Select an Author for the imported articles.

Choose whether to Publish imported articles immediately or import them as Drafts.

Click Start Import to begin importing your articles.

Notes and Frequently Asked Questions:

  • Publishing during import makes articles immediately visible in your Help Center.

  • If you skip publishing, articles will appear in Drafts until manually reviewed.

  • Supported providers currently include Crisp and Intercom.

  • Import duration depends on the number of articles being transferred.
