Do you have an annual plan?

Yes! We offer annual plans with discounted pricing compared to monthly billing.

How does billing work?

Billing is handled on a per-project basis. While you can have unlimited projects in your account, each project is billed separately. For example, you can have three projects: one on a paid plan and two on the free plan.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa and MasterCard.

Do you offer refunds?

Since we provide a 14-day free trial for you to fully evaluate Pipeback, we don't offer refunds after purchase.

Account Management

Can I manage multiple projects with one account?

Absolutely! There's no limit to the number of projects you can manage under a single account. Projects are organized by organization, with billing handled per project, making it easy to manage multiple projects within your organization.

What happens when I cancel?

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription anytime through your settings panel. Once canceled, you won't be charged again, and your billing will stop at the end of your current period.

Special Considerations

Do you offer nonprofit discounts?

Yes! We're happy to offer special discounts for nonprofit organizations. Please contact our support team for more information about our nonprofit pricing.

Is VAT included in plan prices?

No, VAT is not included in our advertised prices. While most of our customers are businesses that don't owe VAT, consumers and non-business entities may need to pay applicable VAT on all plan prices.
