Use CSV import to add many contacts at once—ideal when migrating from another tool or uploading lists from campaigns. You’ll upload a .csv, confirm field mapping, and start the import. Each import appears in your Imports list with its file name, status, statistics, and creation date for easy tracking. Make sure the first row of your CSV contains column headers.

How to use

Access Contacts in your workspace.

Click New user or lead.

Select Import contacts.

Click New Import.

Select a CSV file to import contacts. The first row should contain column headers.

Click Continue.

Map fields: Match each column from your CSV to the corresponding system field, then confirm.

Track results: Open the Imports panel to review File, Status, Statistics, and Created for every import.

💡 Prepare your CSV with headers in the first row and follow the steps above for success.
