To start a conversation with a contact in Pipeback, you must:

Access the Contacts in the side menu.

Click All Contacts.

Select the contact you want to start the conversation with.

Click New Conversation.

Write your message in the Message box.

Click Send to start the conversation.

Notes and Frequently Asked Questions:

• If the contact doesn’t appear, check if they’re already in your contact list.

• Conversations appear in your Inbox as soon as the first message is sent
