How to Manage Tags in Pipeback
Follow these steps to create and organize tags in Pipeback, and learn how to use them to label contacts and companies.

To create a new tag, you should:

Access Settings in the side menu.

Click Tags.

Click New Tag.

Enter a Name for your tag and choose the Background and Text colors.

Click Add Tag to save it.

Using Tags

You can apply tags to a Contact or Company profile to more easily categorize and filter your records.

Tags help identify key groups, such as VIP customers, Leads, or inactive accounts.

Click company, select a company, select a tag.

Learn how to add a tag to your contact profile.

Click contact, select a contact, select a tag.

Notes and Frequently Asked Questions:

  • Tags make it easier to organize and search for contacts or companies.

  • You can edit or delete tags at any time in Settings > Tags.

  • There is no limit to the number of tags you can assign to a contact or company.
